EkinGen Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Gridlock TD for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All content included in Gridlock TD, including graphics, artwork, logos, sounds, music, game mechanics and software, is the property of EkinGen Games and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Gridlock TD may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play. EkinGen Games does not store payment information.
The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to provide a stable experience, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EkinGen Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Gridlock TD.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
